What is dancing with alina vișan?

Movement therapy with Alina Vișan facilitates the development of resilience through dance therapy and working with the mind-body unity using an increasingly rich somatic vocabulary as a translation of the non-verbal body language that reflects the inner state as a mix of sensations, thoughts and emotions.

In a safe setting, clients are guided to explore states as they are through a trained neutral observer as a more constructive alternative to the critical eye, to recognise and integrate discomfort and as a benefit, to expand their window of tolerance. Each session - individual, group or workshop - encourages exposure to the new and accesses creativity as a resource resulting from healing.

Alina's approach supports the process of learning to live consciously in one's own body, developing presence and adaptability in the face of challenges. Movement therapy thus becomes a profound tool for self-awareness, balance and living as in touch as possible with the healthy self through a process that weaves together psychology, movement and authentic and responsible expression.

Why dance as a state?

I help you to sit and move with the state, to recognise and accept emotions that can otherwise become overwhelming, to transform states of anxiety, sadness, lack of focus and motivation, burn-out by starting at your own pace, literally step by step - in dance and movement - let's see them together and learn to process them through this method I propose.
