to<br>individualised movement therapy sessions<br>are those related to<br>critic<br>against oneself<br>and brought to others.<br>.<br>As an alternative to the critical eye<br>is always<br>~ to a remote state transformation ~<br>neutral observer.<br>.<br>Your state,<br>is the one that literally takes us through every step we take<br>on the map of emotions and sensations<br>from criticism \u2194 somewhere else<br>that we map through new, rehearsed muscular neural pathways<br>and brings us to this new place of a state from which to have<br>an outside view<br>somewhat calmer,<br>more detached,<br>quieter.<br>.<br>The critical eye brings states of rage or anxiety, it brings impulsivity to seemingly unjustified outbursts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like marking the state of this critical eye on a map of your emotions,<br>of the thoughts with which it interacts<br>and with sensations that you're aware of at first,<br>then you recognise them more and more often.<br>And if you recognise them early,<br>the chances of you not getting<br>the explosion,<br>the collapse<br>or emotional overwhelm.<br>.<br>Can this be an effective practice for people who are dealing with reactions or states they can't manage (yet)?<br>.<br>Could taming the critical eye be a path to more flexibility and elegance in both movement and behaviour?<br>.<br>I've seen the taming I'm writing about many times over the years,<br>and on time this week in a session that I enjoyed so much<br>to write now.<br>.<br>It started from touch.<br>.<br>What it would be like to start your therapeutic process<br>from the sense of touch,<br>from the skin to those sensations that sometimes come with discomfort, with crying, with difficulty, with pressure, with resistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tactile sensations that after processing discomfort from past experiences in a safe and controlled environment<br>have the chance to find<br>new expressions, new ways, new experiences<br>milder,<br>more pleasant,<br>more natural in connection<br>and trust with another man.<br>.<br>.<br>.<br>We practise all summer under various workshop and module names this way of
